US SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is flat rate $7. We ship UPS to all 50 States in the US (NO PO BOXES). Items are typically shipped out 1-3 days after order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We offer $25 flat rate shipping to Canada and $45 flat rate shipping to Australia and United Kingdom. The customer is responsible for duties and freight fees. International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please read all descriptions carefully and reach out to us at hello@shoplovefool.com if you have any questions.

REFUNDS
We offer refunds for up to 14 days (from delivery) on full priced items. Please make sure the item is unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received, we will email you about the status of your refund. When we approve your return, your refund/credit will be processed immediately. Refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, as it may take some time before it's officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received anything, contact us ASAP at hello@shoplovefool.com. Please note final sale items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES  + STORE CREDIT 
We offer exchanges and store credit for full priced items up to 14 days (from delivery). We cover the shipping cost of the exchange item, customer is responsible for returning the item. Once we have received and accepted your package, we will send out the exchange item. 

LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for lost packages. We highly recommend shipping to a safe location you feel confident in. If you have a missing package we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. As always, please contact us if you have any issues and we will do our best to help.
